Australia — VPN question: does anyone use a VPN with UrbanPlay? I have seen some stability improvement on my connection when routing through VPN.
 
I tested with and without VPN. On my ISP the VPN helped slightly with consistency, which suggests some traffic management on their end. Not a dramatic difference but noticeable.
 
VPN impact varies a lot by ISP and region. Worth testing if you suspect ISP-level throttling.
 
UK user — conclusion after 18 months: solid service, responsive support, consistent quality. The occasional very minor buffering event (maybe once a week at worst) is acceptable for the price tier.
