Smart IPTV app on Samsung TV — setup and common issues

The MAC is a hardware identifier, so it lives in the TV settings, not the app.

Once activated, you enter your M3U URL in the Smart IPTV website — not in the TV app.

That's an unusual setup flow. Entering the URL on the website then it syncs to the TV.

Correct. The playlist is stored server-side by Smart IPTV and synced to your TV.

If the TV app shows 'no playlists' after activation, give it 10-15 minutes to sync.

I had to force-close and reopen the app after the playlist sync completed.
