Powerline adapter vs MoCA adapter for streaming — which is better?

Hi everyone! Starting this thread to discuss the topic and hear from others with similar experiences. Happy to answer questions and share more details if needed.
 
MoCA is generally faster and more stable. Powerline depends too much on wiring quality.
 
MoCA uses coaxial cable (the same cable that brings cable TV). If you have coax, you can use MoCA.
 
MoCA 2.5 standard gives gigabit speeds over coax. Very impressive for streaming.
 
Old houses with old wiring: powerline can be unreliable. Lots of electrical noise.
 
About $70-120 for a pair. More than powerline but worth it for the reliability.
 
The 50-100 person streaming sessions I do from my home office need rock solid. MoCA delivers.
