I know clearing cache can fix various IPTV app issues but the process is different on every device. Can someone give a clear guide for Firestick, Android TV box, Samsung, and LG?

**Firestick / Fire TV:**\nSettings → Applications → Manage Installed Applications → select your app → Clear Cache\n\nAlternatively: Settings → My Fire TV → Developer Options → USB Debugging (may vary by generation). The path above is reliable across all current Fire TV models.

**Android TV Box (Google/standard Android TV):**\nSettings → Apps → See All Apps → select app → Clear Cache\n\nOn some boxes: Settings → Applications → select app → Storage → Clear Cache\n\nIf you cannot find it: install a launcher like "App Manager" from Google Play which gives you direct access to all app storage settings.

UK user — on some Android TV boxes the Settings menu is nested differently depending on the manufacturer's skin. If you cannot find the app storage settings, press and hold the app icon in the launcher and a menu should appear with "App Info" which takes you directly to the storage settings.

**Samsung Smart TV (Tizen):**\nFor Smart IPTV specifically: Settings → General → System Manager → Smart Hub → Smart Hub Reset does a factory reset of the Smart Hub (too drastic). For just one app: Settings → Support → Device Care → Manage Storage → select app → Clear Cache\n\nNote: Samsung TV app cache clearing is limited compared to Android.

**LG Smart TV (webOS):**\nSettings → General → LG Services Country → clear button (varies by webOS version). More reliably: uninstall and reinstall the app. webOS does not have a granular per-app cache clearing option in most versions.

Ireland — for LG: the most effective "clear cache" is actually uninstalling and reinstalling the IPTV app. It takes an extra few minutes but is a clean slate rather than a partial cache clear. For Smart IPTV: your activation via siptv.eu is not affected by reinstalling — the activation is server-side based on MAC address.

Canada — on Android TV devices, a quick shortcut: install "Cache Cleaner" from Google Play. This app clears all app caches with one tap. I use it before and after major IPTV app updates as a precaution.

Australia — general rule: when an IPTV app starts behaving oddly, clear cache first. If that does not work, clear data (note: you will lose settings). If that does not work, uninstall and reinstall. This three-step sequence resolves 95% of app behaviour issues without needing to contact support.
