Error 403 and 404 in streaming apps — what they mean and how to fix

403 is access denied. Usually means your session expired or location block.

Try changing the server in your app settings if multiple servers are available.

Evening 403 could be CDN overload. The server defaults to 403 when overwhelmed.

Different server fixed the evening 403. It was definitely a CDN load issue.

404 errors usually resolve themselves as the app updates its content library.

If 404 persists more than 48 hours it's likely the content was removed.
