Hi everyone! Starting this thread to discuss the topic and hear from others with similar experiences. Happy to answer questions and share more details if needed.
 
Try the password reset flow. Sometimes the update triggers a security reset.
 
After reset, make sure to update your saved password in your browser/password manager.
 
Old session cookies — that explains why logging out and back in fixed it for some people.
 
App developers: please communicate when updates reset auth sessions. This causes so much confusion.
 
Agreed. A simple in-app notification would have prevented dozens of support requests.
