I asked about TiviMate buffer settings before subscribing. Support gave me specific settings to try. That kind of detail tells me they know what they are talking about.
 
New Zealand user. Works well at NZ viewing hours. Catch-up on the main channels is there and reliable.
 
Using IPTV Smarters Pro on Fire TV. Login saved correctly after the first restart. No credential loss issues so far.

USA - East Coast. Works well with my ISP. Evening streams are smooth. Not something I always expect from international services.
 
Tested on both TiviMate and IPTV Smarters Pro to compare. Both worked, but TiviMate gave a nicer EPG experience. Channel switching speed felt similar on both.
 
My elderly father uses the MAG device I set up for him. Simple interface, portal loaded first try, he has had no issues navigating it. Exactly what he needed.

Android TV box user in Dublin. XCIPTV worked out of the box with the credentials. No tweaking needed to get it running.
 
The 24/7 support claim held up when I tested it. Sent a query at 2am and had a response by around 5am. Not instant but reasonable for an overnight ticket.
