Wi-Fi vs Ethernet for streaming — the honest comparison

Hi everyone! Starting this thread to discuss the topic and hear from others with similar experiences. Happy to answer questions and share more details if needed.
 
Wi-Fi 6 (802.11ax) routers with a strong antenna close to the device handle 4K fine.
 
I live in an apartment building. Too much Wi-Fi interference. Ethernet is my only option.
 
Interference in apartments is a real problem. 5GHz is less crowded than 2.4GHz.
 
MoCA adapters are better than powerline in most cases. Uses coax cable.
 
Bottom line: if you can run a cable, do it. If not, Wi-Fi 6 is good enough for most people.
