Ran the trial for 5 days before deciding. Tested on three evenings specifically. Consistent results across all three evenings gave me confidence.
 
UK user — switched to Ethernet mid-trial out of curiosity. The occasional brief drops I had on Wi-Fi disappeared entirely. Staying wired now.
 
Support replied quickly and asked for the right information: device, app version, connection type. Within two messages the problem was resolved.
 
Smart TV in the main room, Firestick in the bedroom. Both on the same account. Switching between them is seamless.
