I specifically tested during a Friday evening — usually my busiest viewing period. Stable across 3 hours with no interruptions worth complaining about.

IBO Player on iPad worked well for mobile viewing. Clean interface and the streams loaded quickly.

UK user — changed DNS to 1.1.1.1 as mentioned in other threads here before testing. Hard to say if that specifically helped but the experience was smooth overall.

Support asked for my device model, app version, and connection type in their first reply. Gave them that and the issue was diagnosed in the next message. Efficient.

Canada — set up on a Nvidia Shield Pro. Performance is excellent. 4K HDR streams play without any throttling on this hardware.

Smart TV user in Manchester. Samsung QLED with Smart IPTV. MAC activation took about 15 minutes but since then it has been completely reliable.

The series on demand count is solid. 8,000+ means there is genuinely enough content to keep busy. Browsed through and found several things I wanted to watch.

Running on IPTV Smarters Pro on Android phone as well as the main TV setup. Nice to have the mobile option for watching in different rooms.

Australia — tested the trial for four days before deciding. Performance was consistent enough across all four evenings that I felt confident subscribing.

UK — Ethernet connection on the TV box made the biggest single difference to stability. If you are on Wi-Fi and having issues, try wired first before anything else.

The UHD streams are the ones I was most interested in. Tested on a 65-inch screen at normal viewing distance. Quality was clearly better than HD.

Activated the account and was watching within about 20 minutes from scratch. Setup was not complicated once you know which app to use.

Ireland — support helped me with the correct TiviMate buffer settings for my broadband type. Small detail but it genuinely improved the experience.

I tested on both Firestick and an Android box. The Android box felt smoother on 4K content specifically. Firestick was fine for HD though.

New to IPTV in general. The multi-platform support (Android, iOS, Smart TV) means I could test on my phone before committing to setting up the TV.

UK — South West. Evening hours from 7 to 10pm tested across two weeks. Consistent performance. Maybe 2 very brief drops in the whole period.

OTT Navigator on my Chromecast with Google TV. The VOD interface in OTT Navigator specifically made browsing the large library much easier.

Tested the trial on a Saturday evening which is my hardest test for any service. Held up well across 4 hours of mixed live TV and VOD.

USA — Pacific time zone. West Coast evening performance was smooth. Good to see it is not just optimised for UK/European hours.
