Six months in as a UK user. I switched from a cable subscription and the savings are significant. Quality on most channels is excellent. Occasional minor buffering during the biggest football matches but nothing that spoils the experience.
Similar experience here in Ireland — eight months now. The reliability has been consistent. I tested during several major sporting events expecting issues but the service held up well.
US user, three months in. Came from a competitor and the difference in evening stability is noticeable. My previous service would buffer heavily after 8pm. This one barely has issues.
TiviMate on a Firestick 4K Max, wired via a powerline adapter because I cannot run Ethernet directly to the room. Powerline is not as good as Ethernet but far better than Wi-Fi for this use case.
Canada, Ontario — 11 months in. Long enough to have seen different seasons and events. Summer was perfectly stable. The hockey season has put more load on the system but it is holding up well.
Australia, one year anniversary last month. The service has genuinely improved over that period. I noticed better 4K HDR stream quality around 6 months ago — cleaner encoding, smoother playback.
New Zealand, seven months. The time zone question comes up a lot — UK football is often on at odd hours here. I use the catch-up feature extensively for matches I cannot watch live. Works reliably.
UK, two years. That is probably the longest anyone has posted here. The service has evolved a lot. App compatibility has improved, 4K content has expanded, and support has gotten faster.
App stability. Early on, some apps handled the streams less consistently. Now with current versions of TiviMate and XCIPTV, it is night and day better.
Ireland user — I primarily use my Android TV box with XCIPTV but also tested on an iPad using GSE Smart IPTV. Both work well. Nice to have flexible options.
Canada — my elderly parents use a MAG box I set up for them. They were sceptical about leaving cable but have not looked back. The simplicity of the MAG interface was key.
