Of course — keeping it general. Just want to say the overall support experience has been positive. Three separate questions over two months and all resolved quickly.
 
Canadian here again — one thing I appreciate is they do not just send generic template replies. The responses are specific to what you sent them. That is rare.
 
Agreed. Personalised responses suggest a properly staffed support team rather than bots. Makes a big difference when you have a specific configuration issue.
 
US user — asked about IBO Player compatibility and they confirmed which versions work and what settings to use. Very detailed. Bookmarked the reply for reference.
 
IBO Player is underrated. Good app for users who prefer a simpler interface over TiviMate's more complex layout.
 
For Fire TV users: XCIPTV is also worth trying if IPTV Smarters is giving you issues. Different engine, sometimes handles certain stream types better.
 
XCIPTV 4 is noticeably faster than version 3 for channel switching. Support confirmed it as their recommended app for Android TV boxes.
 
Australia again — followed up on a billing query (not account details, just a question about plan options) and got a reply within 4 hours. Not streaming support but still responsive.
 
That level of consistent responsiveness across different query types is what you want to see from a service you are paying for.
 
UK user closing my experience: three tickets over 6 months, average response under 2 hours, all resolved. Would recommend to anyone asking.
