Starting this thread to share my experience and hear from others in the community. Happy to discuss in detail.
 
I found the service through a social media ad that looked very professional.
 
Professional-looking ads can be easily faked. First step is verifying independently of the ad.
 
I paid upfront for a 6-month subscription without testing first.
 
No response from support is unfortunately often the final answer with these operations.
 
I paid by credit card and filed a chargeback. Got my money back after 6 weeks.
 
The social media account that ran the ad disappeared too. Everything just vanished.
 
These are often temporary operations designed to take money and disappear.
 
I'm sorry this happened to you. But the community really benefits from these honest accounts.
