Account shows "suspended" after normal use — causes and resolution

Starting this thread to share my experience and hear from others in the community. Happy to discuss in detail.
 
My account shows Suspended status suddenly. I haven't violated any terms that I'm aware of.
 
This can happen for several reasons. First, check if your payment renewed successfully.
 
My credit card expired and I didn't notice the auto-renewal failed. Suspension followed.
 
Updating the payment method and manually renewing fixed the suspension immediately.
 
If payment is current, ask if there was any unusual activity flagged on your account.
 
Some providers have automated abuse detection that can trigger false positives.
 
False positives happen especially if you tested the service from a different IP or device.
 
Contact support with your account ID and payment history. That should resolve a false positive quickly.
 
They said my IP address changed rapidly, which their system flagged as potential account sharing.
 
I had moved between home and office connections. Legitimate travel got flagged.
 
Most providers can whitelist your common IP addresses once you explain the situation.
