Starting this thread to share my experience and hear from others in the community. Happy to discuss in detail.

My login stopped working this morning. Got an error saying credentials not recognized.

Provider system updates sometimes invalidate old session tokens. Try a full logout first.

Also check if they sent an email about required password reset after the update.

Some providers force a password reset after security updates as a precaution.

Check your email including spam for any message from the provider in the last 24-48 hours.

Always read provider emails even if they seem routine. Often important operational info.

Smart. A dedicated email folder for service notifications is worth setting up.

If no email was sent and credentials still fail, contact support with your subscription details.

Support should be able to verify your account and trigger a password reset from their end.

Response time from support varies hugely between providers. Some respond in minutes, some in days.

Fast support response is a good quality indicator when evaluating a new service.

Agreed. It's often the first real test you get of how a provider handles problems.

Fixed for me. The forced reset was a security measure after they patched a vulnerability.
