USA — Pacific time zone. West Coast evening performance was smooth. Good to see it is not just optimised for UK/European hours.

My elderly father uses the MAG device I set up for him. Simple interface, portal loaded first try, he has had no issues navigating it. Exactly what he needed.

UK user — my 2-year-old Mecool was sluggish. Found the culprit: a pre-installed "system optimiser" app that was itself consuming significant CPU and RAM in the background. Disabled it and the box immediately returned to near-original performance.

Canada — Sony Bravia Android TV (2020 model). Installed TiviMate directly from a USB drive with sideloading enabled. Full TiviMate experience on a Sony TV — best of both worlds.

UK user — used their 24-hour trial to test systematically: checked HD channels at peak hours (8pm Saturday), tested catch-up on two different apps, and verified Ethernet vs Wi-Fi stability. Passed all tests. Subscribed the next day.

Canada — my elderly parents use a MAG box I set up for them. They were sceptical about leaving cable but have not looked back. The simplicity of the MAG interface was key.

Multi-device flexibility is underrated. Being able to seamlessly switch between TV and tablet without setting everything up again is convenient.

Battery polarity is the most common cause after a battery swap. Easy to accidentally put them in reversed.
