I consolidated to 2 apps and it's so much simpler.

Those are absolute minimums. Real-world usage needs 50% more headroom.

Also try reducing audio output to PCM instead of Dolby/DTS. Less handshake complexity.

LG setting helped. Had to experiment with values but -20ms was perfect for me.
