Let's Summarize briefly-

However, 13 years have passed since "Avatar" (2009), so you're likely to forget certain things. Despite the fact that Pandora has amassed a veritable online archive over the years (thanks to games and comics). Keep up with the impending sequel, which debuts on Friday, December 16, with the aid of this crash course in Na'vi mythology, history, and culture.

Mythology

The Na'vi have a close relationship with their god and spiritual leader,The Na'vi have a strong spiritual bond with Eywa, their deity and guide, also referred to as the Great Mother and the All-Mother. The moon the Na'vi live on is actually called Eywa'eveng, which means "Eywa's child," in their original tongue rather than Pandora. Numerous stories and legends of humanity, including those of the Maori earth goddess Papatuanuku, the Norse embodiment of the Earth, Jör, and the Greek goddess of nature, Gaia, served as inspiration for the deity. The epithet "All-Mother" given to Eywa is a homage to Odin, the All-Father and supreme Norse deity.

Eywa is a manifestation of their universe, one that leads them and keeps a balance amongst all living things on Pandora, according to the extensive oral history of the Na'vi. Through their psychic connection with Eywa, they are able to communicate with her through the Tree of Souls and share memories, requests, and dreams. They might ask their ancestors for guidance as well. The Na'vi think that Eywa is the source and the destination of all life, energy, and resources.

The Eywa's Three Laws, which are unchangeable, are followed by all of the Na'vi's various dispersed clans. The tenets forbade the Na'vi from constructing stone towns, creating automobiles, or extracting non-renewable natural resources. These regulations have instilled in Pandora's populace a great appreciation and regard for the ecosystem. Even before the Na'vi started writing down their history, they had been passed down through the generations.

The Tsahik, the spiritual head of each clan, is in charge of guiding the clan in line with Eywa's spiritual laws, deciphering Eywa's wishes, and carrying out significant rites. The Omaticaya clan Tsahik is Neytiri (Zoe Saldana).

History -

The Na'vi species has not undergone many evolutionary changes in the millions of years since it developed and colonised Pandora. This is explained by their perfect synchronisation with Pandora's diverse and vibrant environment. They don't need to adjust anything because their surroundings are mostly unaltered.

However, certain clans have evolved over the years to better suit their environments. The ocean-dwelling Metkayina clan, who will make an appearance in "Avatar: The Way of Water," feature paddle-shaped tail ends and limb extensions that resemble fins. Their rites of passage entail training or connecting with aquatic direhorses called "ilus" and "tulkuns," which resemble sentient whales.

Although the Na'vi don't have a pantheon of gods to worship, they do believe in Eywa's chosen ones, who will guide their tribes through times of severe sadness. One such Na'vi is Toruk Makto (Rider of the Last Shadow), a Na'vi with the ability to form a link with the deadly great leonopteryx, an airborne predator native to Pandora. In Avatar (2009), Jake Sully (Sam Worthington) tamed one of these leonopteryxes and became the sixth Toruk Makto in Na'vi history.

Clans Description -

Aeons ago, each Na'vi clan established itself in a particular area of Pandora. Following are a few notable clans from the "Avatar" universe:

1. The Omaticaya clan, forest inhabitants who have a special bond with a sacred tree. They are skilled weavers, and the leonopteryx skull serves as their clan totem in religious rituals.

2. The Metkayina clan, who live on the Pandoran reef and are ocean-dwellers. They are important to "Avatar: The Way of Water."

3. Anurai Clan: The Anurai clan lives in the bone sanctuary and forages animal bones to create jewellery and artwork for ritual use. Thanator, a dangerous land predator, is their clan's totem.

4. The Kekunan clan, who are close to the floating mountains and inhabit the forests The Kekunan Clan is renowned for its close ties to mountain banshees. The taming of banshees is important to their rites of passage.

5. The Tawkami clan is a group of great chemists, botanists, and alchemists who live in Pandora's dense jungles. The Tawkami clan guards the ecosystem of their world as the Na'vi lore keepers.
